Remodeling Employee Andrew was GREAT!!!!
Quality Materials. Easy to work with. My job was scheduled for the week of April 9th, but materials came in earlier than expected and my Bath to Shower Conversion was Completed 3/21/25. From the business office, salesman to the guy that did the complete remodel….. you could not ask for nicer people. Blessed that Andrew was my installer. He worked with my time schedule, and kept the dust and debris out of the rest of my house. Very friendly, and explained EVERY STEP OF THE PROCESS WITH ME. Hope you are lucky enough to get him too. Beautiful shower that now meets my needs as I get less able to get around.
Shower install
I am so thrilled with my new shower. I had the old tub removed and wanted something bright and new. The whole process was streamlined and smooth. Tailored was very professional and had good communication on the project. The install was fast and my bathroom was completely clean after the messy job. I am very happy with my shower.
Excellent experience from start to completion
We started this adventure with Nate V., our project designer. He was so easy to work with as he listened to our concerns with the bathroom remodel. He was extremely knowledgeable about the total process and products. By the time he left, we felt like we knew Nate and trusted his recommendations. Yesterday installer Dillion from Tulsa arrived at our home in Wichita and I kid you not, he is a professional, knowledgeable, friendly and downright kind young man. He arrived on time, started out the day telling us exactly what he was going to do, answered all our questions and then went to work. Over the day, we kept peaking in, he answered questions and explained what he was doing while he continued to work. From time to time he would call us in and asked if we preferred this or that. He never just did things his way because it was easier, he truly wanted to do what was best for us. The end result is truly amazing! Both Nate V and Dillon are stellar employees and we give both employees and the company a 5 star rating! Thank you SO much for a great product and experience from design and sales to installation.
Bathroom Remodel
We are very happy with the work that was done. Our installer, Rodney, was very polite, answered every question we asked, and was a true professional. His knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical wiring was very evident during this project. His attention to detail, showed in the finished bathroom remodel he gave us. We highly recommend him and will definitely ask for him for other projects.
Rod, an excellent installer.
We had Rod as our installer. He was a very happy go lucky guy did great work and kept us informed. Bathroom looks wonderful. Sells person Seth I feel wasn’t completely honest with how he sold us the product. Seeing the last paperwork that you get from your installer is how to clean your shower. But completely happy with the installer might have taken him a little longer than was scheduled, but he did a wonderful job. I give him five stars..
Cody was awesome!
Cody is the one that came and talked to us about what we wanted. That is all that has happened as of now. But he was very polite, respectful and knowledgeable about the company and product. He explained everything in detail of what to expect from the company. Will do another review after the work is done.
Our Shower Look's Amazing!!!
I was hesitant to have a salesman at the house, but after talking with Nathan, I felt I had known him for a long time. He showed us Tailored's products with a different design and the advantages of having a lifetime warranty, so we said YES! Zach, our shower installer, did a professional job. He did it very professionally, and it only took him two days to complete the job. He drove in freezing weather to get the job done. I would recommend Tailored Roofing and Remodeling.

Great experience all around - we had a very informative and no pressure initial meeting, then the installation went very smoothly. Workers were diligent, quiet and clean, no issues whatsoever. The final product is outstanding. Super luxe feel, excellent workmanship. Highly recommend.
Wonderful
We are so happy with our new shower and with the professional installation. Sorry, I'm senile and don't remember the name of our installer, but he was just fantastic. His work ethic is second to none. I can't believe how hard he worked. I would recoment your company to anyone interest in any of the servics you provide
